Perfect Supplements has so many great options for quality supplements; you can really get lost on their site. Some things I love of theirs is the Collagen, Gelatin, Desiccated Liver Capsules, & two things I haven't tried (but plan to) are the acerola cherry vit C supplement & Multi-organs supplement!
I truly love their spore-based probiotics and Ultimate IgG (for gut immune health). They also have a vitamin K2 supplement, if you're in need!
Magnesium Bicarbonate is what Nick & Nathan do best. I have yet to find a more potent Magnesium. I also love their shilajit, and so does my husband (Officer Hubs as I call him on Instagram).
Adam, the owner, is dedicated to making high quality supplements, and I appreciate his dedication to constantly learning. I love his liquid Vitamin K2 because it makes it so easy to give my kids. He also has a quality vitamin E using olive oil vs MCT oil, which can cause some GI discomfort for many.
I prefer the Mixed Tocopherols, and appreciate this company's commitment to quality, pure, & effective supplements. They also have a liquid in a pump bottle that works well for kiddos! LOVINGHEALTH should get you 10% off a one-time purchase (not subscription order).
I can't recommend this water filtration system enough. I currently have the 11-step travel system, and can't wait to get the under-the-counter system set up in our new home!
Pristine Hydro is also a good, cheaper Magnesium Bicarbonate option if Mitigate Stress or making your own are out of the question. If you make your own, they also have Magnesium Hydroxide powder!
If you're not doing red light therapy yet, you should definitely consider it.
If you feel like you need some extra liver love, then castor oil packs might be your next best friend! I put them off for so long because I thought it was just another biohack to keep up with. It turns out they're a lot easier to utilize than I thought. I put mine on a couple times a week in the evening and just wear it while doing my normal nightly duties like dinner, chicken coop lockup, tidying, and putting the kids to bed. You can also wear them overnight, if that makes it easier for you. These are not considered pregnancy-safe, and you should be cautious when starting them for the first time while breastfeeding. They can generally be used while breastfeeding, but do what you're comfortable with and research more on your own prior to starting.
Kossma is dedicated to being PUFA-aaware, no essential oils (which can cause reactions in some people), and is the most nourishing skincare I've ever used. My go-to's are the Marshmallow Hydrosol and Squalene oil.
This is a great alternative to generic toxin-filled toothpaste. We do our best to avoid fluoride (a known neurotoxin) in our water, so why would I want it in my mouth in my toothpaste? Not only is it fluoride-free, but it contains hydroxyapatite, which can help remineralize the teeth. We use both the kids & adult toothpastes!
