Queen of the Thrones Castor Oil Pack

If you feel like you need some extra liver love, then castor oil packs might be your next best friend! I put them off for so long because I thought it was just another biohack to keep up with. It turns out they're a lot easier to utilize than I thought. I put mine on a couple times a week in the evening and just wear it while doing my normal nightly duties like dinner, chicken coop lockup, tidying, and putting the kids to bed. You can also wear them overnight, if that makes it easier for you. These are not considered pregnancy-safe, and you should be cautious when starting them for the first time while breastfeeding.
